We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to contact@jitsujoin.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your JitsuJoin account so we can identify and process your request.

‍What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your profile information (name, profile picture, bio)
Your posts, comments, and other content shared in the community feed
Training logs and progress data
App preferences and settings

Data Retention
Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being permanently purged. We may also retain limited data where required by law.

Processing Time
We will confirm your deletion request within 3 business days and complete the process within 30 days.
